The Bible is unlike any other book ever written.

It is not merely a collection of history, poetry, prophecy, letters, and instruction. It is the inspired revelation of God's eternal purpose for mankind. From its opening pages in Genesis to its triumphant conclusion in Revelation, Scripture tells one magnificent story—the story of God bringing His people back into His presence.

In the beginning, Adam and Eve walked with God in the beauty of Eden. There was no sin, no death, no separation. Humanity was created to enjoy perfect fellowship with its Creator. But when sin entered the world, that fellowship was broken, and mankind was driven from the garden.

Yet God did not abandon His creation.

​

From the promise of the coming Redeemer in Genesis 3:15, through the covenants with Abraham, the Passover, the Tabernacle, the priesthood, the prophets, and ultimately the coming of Jesus Christ, God unfolded His great plan of redemption. Every page of Scripture points to Christ—the One who declared, "I am the way, the truth, and the life" (John 14:6).

Through His death and resurrection, Jesus opened the way back into the Father's presence. Those who respond to His Gospel in obedient faith are born again into God's family, become citizens of His Kingdom, and have the blessed hope of dwelling with Him forever in the New Jerusalem.
